Because all products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect size selection
* Customer personalization errors
* Custom design requests

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
